Dolly Parton Imagination Library is coming to all of Missouri! The Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education’s (DESE’s) Office of Childhood will launch Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library statewide in Missouri on November 8, 2023. Starting that day, parents of Missouri children birth to age five will be able to register their eligible children on the Imagination Library national website. On November 8, Missouri parents will have the option to select the statewide program after entering their zip code. For questions, contact the Office of Childhood’s Imagination Library Coordinator, Courtney Hicks, at ImaginationLibrary@dese.mo.gov or 573-751-9961.

Last week, Mr. Farr issued a chili cook off challenge to all staff! A couple of student classes used the opportunity to learn how to read a recipe and made delicious side dishes for the staff to enjoy. A panel of 3 judges tasted every chili and all staff voted for the top 3. Judges choice: chili by Lori Ewbank Popular vote: 3rd place tie Haylie Pryor and Heather Riepl 2nd place -Cody Hobbs 1st place- Ethan Farr Congratulations to all winners!
