Don’t forget, Friday is picture day!

Our Superkid friend, Oswald, likes to paint and draw ODD ANIMALS like otters, ocelots, ostriches etc. So first grade created our own odd animals and named them with a short o name.

Mark your calendars- book fair runs from October 10th-14th. Fall Family Night is October 11th 5:00-6:30.

Some exciting discoveries outside!

First grade painting polar bears!

Don’t miss our Chargers and Lady Chargers basketball games tonight at 5:00!

Our custodian Lori had a great time joking with our students this week! The brooms were able to stand straight up on their own due to the Equinox. An equinox is an event in which a planet's subsolar point passes through its Equator. The equinoxes are the only time when both the Northern and Southern Hemisphere experience roughly equal amounts of daytime and nighttime. This happens twice a year, usually September 23 and March 20th.

Come out and cheer on the Chargers and Lady Chargers tonight at 5:00!

Congratulations to our Lady Chargers for their overtime win against Kirbyville, 22-19!

Math is even more fun with play dough! Just ask first grade!

Congratulations Lady Chargers on your basketball victory over S of O! Great job!
